§ 02Purchases and refunds
Subscriptions and credit packs are billed by Apple or Google, so refunds come from them: request a refund from Apple · request a refund from Google Play. Cancel a subscription in your store account settings; it stays active until the end of the paid period. If a purchase went through but nothing was granted, tap Restore purchases in Settings, then write to us with the store receipt if it still has not landed.
§ 03Credits and the Supply Line
Generation is metered in credits. The Supply Line grants a free daily allowance; subscribing raises it; packs top it up. A turn that fails on our side refunds itself. If you believe you were charged for a turn that never arrived, send us the operation name and the approximate time and we will check the log.
§ 04Restoring on a new device
Purchases restore through the store: Settings → Restore purchases, signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account. Operations currently live with the install that made them and do not yet move between devices.
§ 05Deleting your data
Settings → Delete all data removes everything on our servers and on the device after two confirmations. Details, including what the stores keep, are in the privacy policy. If you have already deleted the app, email us your install id (or the approximate first-launch date and device) and we will purge by hand.
§ 06Reporting content
If the game generates something objectionable, or a War Room operation breaks the rules of conduct, use the report option in the app or email us with the operation name and a screenshot. We act on reports within two working days and remove content that breaks the rules.
§ 07Sending diagnostics
Settings → Support & legal → Copy diagnostics puts your app version, platform and a shortened install id on the clipboard. Paste it into your email. That is the only way we can find your data, because there is no account and we do not hold your email address.
